All materials are typically NON-METALLIC apart from some thin foils and shims. Material depths quoted are the current capability (July 2012). The list below is a few examples of the materials we can process. If your application uses another non-metallic substrates not listed, we would be pleased to test your materials.

Bespoke Cutting Service

The system imports digital data, but also includes features to tidy and correct errors where applicable to ensure a high quality cut.

DIGITISING SYSTEM accurately traces the profile of your template or pattern generating good Tool Path data to the machine.
POWERFUL NESTING SOFTWARE and the use of a Nesting database allows efficient use of materials in Roll or Sheet formats.
NESTING OUTPUT FOR CONTINUOUS ROLL FORMAT will allow parts to be cut larger than the machine itself (rolls or sheets).
NESTING OUTPUT FOR CONTINUOUS ROLL FORMAT allows the machine to cut parts joined together in the nest with a single line.
IMPORTING OF BITMAP AND RASTER DATA is possible and software tools can convert outlines to vector data ready for machining
SPLINES are also possible to import and can be converted to line / arc data.
